Our Primitive Top Hat Snowhead Ornament has stitched facial features and is made of very rustic, textured fabric with a stiffened felt top hat. There is a pinecone and greenery accent on the hat. The nose is an antiqued pipe cleaner. This ornament measures 6" H x 6"L x 4.5" D and has a looped string for hanging, but could also be propped up on a shelf.
